myPTsolutions has a Physical Therapist direct hire job opening in an outpatient clinic. Join a team of 2 PTA’s, 2 PT’s, and 2 techs to work Monday – Thursday 7-6pm and Friday 7-5pm. The therapist will see about 7-10 patients per day.
About Our Client
A privately owned outpatient clinic with two locations in Michigan, with open, friendly, family-oriented owners and staff, excellent communication, and teaching atmosphere. The clinic specializes in post-op total knee/hip replacement but also treats patients for stroke, shoulder rehab, and sports med. EMR – Intelligent Medical Software “SuiteMed.”
Job Responsibilities of the Permanent Physical Therapist
Treat 7-10 patients per day
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7-6pm and Friday 7-5pm
Provide quality physical therapy services.
Assist your patients in meeting functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
Realize your own potential to achieve your goals and overall excellence.
Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client’s level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client’s progress toward mutually agreed upon goals.
Requirements of the Direct Hire Physical Therapist
Experienced therapists preferred but all therapists are encouraged to apply
Michigan Physical Therapy License
Degree from PT Accredited College
Ability to work effectively with clients and to work cooperatively with others
Ability to work independently
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
Compensation and Benefits of the Physical Therapist
Direct Hire Salary: $78000 to $82000 per year based on experience
