This is a great summer recipe and is very versatile. You can substitute other meats or if you are a vegetarian you can leave the meat out all together, get creative! I have tried this recipe with lobster & sausage. Leave a reply if you find another great substitute!

Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Ingredients:

1-2 packages of large stuffing mushrooms or one package of extremely large Shiitake mushrooms

1 Bunch of green onions

1 8 oz whipping cream

Parmesan cheese

1 package of imitation lobster

Swiss Cheese

3 Tbsp olive oil or butter

First dice 3-4 green onions, stems of mushrooms and crab meat. Next saute’ onions, stems and lobster in olive oil or butter until tender. Next add 1/2-1 cup whipping cream (depending on consistency) and allow it to cook down for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Then add 1 cup parmesan cheese, if sauce is runny add more until desired consistency. Brush the bottoms of the mushroom caps with olive oil or butter and season with salt & pepper. Generously stuff mushroom caps with mixture and top with Swiss cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 375.

Have you ever felt yourself shutting down as you stood in front of a café cashier….staring at a huge menu, scribbled on a chalkboard that covers the whole wall?

Our brains are designed to sort and filter information. Too much information, too many decisions…. And suddenly, like one hundred logs jamming a river… everything comes to a stop. We need a brave, careful lumberjack to slowly push some thoughts free so they can start flowing down the river again.

PT Solutions can help you sort thru and understand the myriad of choices and information that jam your thought processes as you determine which job options to pursue.

We have three things to offer you… a listening ear, an experienced opinion, and an opportunity to experiment.

We’ll listen…

The reality is, we sometimes don’t know what is most important to us, until we hear ourselves explaining it to someone else. When you call PT Solutions to find out what job opportunities are available, you’ll be asked the question… What’s your dream job? We can’t guarantee that we’ll find it for you, but just talking with us will help you figure out where to head next.

We’ve been there…

Everyone knows that it’s wise to ask for advice. The best way to prepare for a trip to an unknown destination is to ask for advice from an experienced traveler. Devin DeBoer and John Heyerman, our owners, are working physical therapists. They each have 14 years of experience in permanent settings, as well as short term contract placements. They are available to advise you on the following job settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, Long Term Acute Care Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, and Department Management.

We’ll let you experiment….

Finally, after you’ve done all your research…. experiment! By taking a 13 week placement, you can try a setting without the long term commitment of a permanent placement. By taking a travel position, you can experiment with living in different parts of the country. Your short term experiences will prepare you to choose a permanent placement with confidence.

West Michigan based PT Solutions is looking for Physical Therapist with the same values. As a therapist owned and operated contract therapy company, we know the importance of providing the highest quality of care and recruiting therapist with the same philosophy. Simply put, we believe in putting the patients needs first.

Our owners, (Devin DeBoer and John Heyerman) have worked as a temporary therapist so they understand the value a temporary employee can bring to an organization. Of course, they also understand the obstacles of working as a contractor as well. Many of our therapist really appreciate they insight they bring to the company. Having an advocate and coach is a great perk!

Currently we have travel, permanent and PRN jobs available in Michigan and many other States. We believe in listening to our employees. You tell us where you would like to go and we will do our best to find a position for you.

To learn more about PT Solutions visit us online at www.myptsolutions.com . Or give us a call, 616-772-9904.
