From Trail Riders to Trail Blazers: Biking Enthusiasts Become Business Partners.
Our History
In 1993, Devin DeBoer and John Heyerman started riding together on their daily commute to classes at Grand Valley State University. They graduated from GVSU’s physical therapy program in 1996 and went to work as staff PT’s for small hospitals serving in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
John and Devin ultimately found themselves running physical therapy departments, affording them both practical and management experience. It was during their first 15 years in practice management that they gained a genuine appreciation for the role and value flexible, temporary staffing can play in the overall delivery of patient care.
