
Devin DeBoer
Co-Owner
Devin DeBoer is a co-owner of PT Solutions. He started the company in 2007, after 5 years of managing an outpatient clinic in Allegan, Michigan. Prior to that, he worked as a staff Physical Therapist at Northern Michigan Hospital, in Petoskey, Michigan; rotating between inpatient, outpatient, and sub acute settings.
In 1991, Devin earned his undergraduate degree from Calvin College, where he played baseball and majored in Education. In 1996, He earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University. At Northern Michigan Hospital, Devin specialized in diabetic foot care, participating in their weekly foot clinic. As part of this clinic, Devin learned total contact casting and became a certified pedorthitist. He has also completed 3 levels of the North American Institute for Orthopedic Manual Therapy at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
He and his wife, Kris, have 5 children. When he’s not riding his bike, Devin can be found hiking, camping, and enjoying the outdoors with his family. They reside in Zeeland, Michigan.

John Heyerman
Co-Owner
John Heyerman is a co-owner of PT Soltions. He started the company in 2007, after 3 years of managing an outpatient clinic in Hamilton, MI. Before opening the Hamilton clinic, John managed the rehabilitation staff at Allegan General Hospital. In addition to his management responsibilities, John has served as a physical therapist in the Allegan area for a total of 11 years, working in both inpatient, sub acute, and outpatient, and home health settings.
John graduated from Hope College in 1991, with a degree in business, and then went on to earn his Masters in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 1996. Since then, he has continued his education by taking manual therapy classes in the Stanley Paris Institute. John and his wife, Jen, live in Hamilton with their three children. They enjoy playing soccer, downhill skiing, and hiking. John’s interest in running and biking are being tested at new levels in his latest competitive endeavor: adventure racing.

Kris DeBoer
Office Manager
Kris DeBoer has worked for PT Solutions as an Office Manager since its beginning, in 2007. A former educator, she has been quickly adjusting to the world of commerce, learning to juggle the various roles connected with starting a new business. Before taking on this responsibility, she managed a household of 5 children for 15 years, and before that, she taught middle school English for 4 years.
Kris graduated in 1991 from Calvin College, in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her BA in Education. She is married to Devin, and they have 5 children. Her interests lean towards watching things grow; children, flowers, and faith. She also enjoys reading. They live in Zeeland, Michigan.

Jerry Heyerman
Sales Manager
Jerry Heyerman represents PT Solutions in sales management. He has experience in sales and program management in the aviation and automotive industries. His work experience includes the following companies: Honeywell, Lear Siegler, Jet Electronics, Prince, and Johnson Controls. He also works part-time as a flight instructor at the Tulip City Airport in Holland, Michigan.
Jerry graduated from Western Michigan University in 1966 with his BA in engineering. He learned to fly airplanes there and received his pilot’s license. In addition to flying, Jerry enjoys downhill skiing and scuba diving. He currently resides in Holland, Michigan with his wife, Norma. They have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.
Jessica Mueller
Sales Manager
Jessica Mueller joined PT Solutions in September of 2009 as the sales and marketing manager. Her background includes many years of sales and customer service. Prior to starting at PT Solutions, she was in business to business sales at Summit Training Source.
In June of 2009 Jessica was blessed with the opportunity to travel to Rwanda on a mission trip. While in Rwanda she & other water team members worked side by side with the people of Rwanda to install rain water collectors, build bio sand filters and educate others on the importance of clean drinking water.
Jessica attended Kellogg Community College in 1996-1997 and studied courses in their allied health program. She will be returning to Davenport College in January to complete her Associates in Business. Her hobbies include: gardening, spending time with friends and family, creating art, watching her children’s sporting events, reading and any outdoor activity. She currently resides in Caledonia, with her two children.
